So we moved on to 40s. 

Today's state : 

I know I will feel better if I dance

I can dance only if I feel a little better

Should I attend the class or skip it and sulk further? 

Decided to silence all voices in the mind and just attend the class. Fck(this is cas in 40s) everything else.
